Teach toddlers about shapes with fun shape collages! This activity is fun, hands on, and will help little ones work on fine motor skills. We do projects every friday. This is Friday’s project. Enjoy!
Draw the shape of a diamond. Get foam paper from the arts and craft store- the one with tape on the back and cut squares out of it. Have the child put the squares in the diamond.
Draw a square and have the child put stickers in the square. You can get the stickers at the dollar store or any craft store.
draw a circle with glue
Have the child place yarn around the paper
Have the child place glue dots inside the circle
Cut out pieces of newspaper and have the child put them inside the circle
Draw a triangle with glue and have the child place glossy colorful paper inside the triangle
