For the month of November we did a Unit Study on Turkeys. On our nature table we have some books about turkeys, 24 fact cards about turkeys, and all of the arts and crafts that were done with the theme of turkeys.  Every month we do a unit study on something in nature. Unit studies are excellent for teaching children in a way that interest them. I have also seen greater learning retention and connection to real life with unit studies. We hope you enjoy the activities as much as we did!
